Austria is a truly different destination to consider for your wedding day. Both Civil and Church services are available. The religious and civil parts of the wedding are not combined so a civil cermony will be conducted prior to the church wedding. The registry office is in Castle Rosenbur.

One of the best and most popular areas is Zell am See, no prior residency is required. Weddings in Zell am See are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

There are wedding packages available in the Hotel Heitzmann, it has stunning scenery overlooking lake Zell. There are transport options such as open drawn carriages to take you to your various destinations.

The winter months are magical times to have your wedding in Austria. The beautiful snow capped mountains of the Alps provide a beautiful backdrop to your wedding. Photographs can be taken in cable cars overlooking the lake to really take advanatge of the stunning scenery surrounding you.
