This resort is situated directly on the beautiful Uroa beach, on the east coast of the island of Zanzibar. Guests will find the town centre of Uroa just around 200 m away and it is some 40 km to the tourist centre of Stone Town. Zanzibar Island Airport lies approximately 40 km from the resort.Built in 2010, the main structure consists of a huge makuti, which dominates the reception, the whole area of common services, continues over the bar and restaurant on the ends, just a few steps from the beach. All the pillars and beams of this structure are adorned with decorations and lights in local style. This beach resort comprises a total of 40 rooms. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and an auditorium. There are 2 bars, a disco and a restaurant and guests will appreciate the wireless Internet access. Parking is available for those arriving by car.All rooms have sea views and come with a private bathroom with a shower. They offer a double or king-size bed and are decorated in local style, with mosquito nets on the beds. They are equipped with a telephone, a TV, Internet access, a safe, a minibar/fridge and a ceiling fan. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard and all units feature a private furnished terrace.
