They are all in good condition and medium in size. ## Restaurant There is a restaurant located on the ground floor with a Viennese coffee shop, wine bar and Heurigenkeller. ## Exterior This is a traditional building in the style of Biedermeir. Pretty flower baskets decorate the windows and an inner courtyard houses small boutiques. ## Lobby The lobby is quite small with a small seating area. It is decorated with rosewood panelling.
