Housed in a 16th century building named u zlate study this house is one of the many protected historical monuments in Prague. It is on the Kings Road giving guests easy access to three of Prague¿s many jewels; the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle. The Old Town Square is one of the most famous town squares in the world! Located between Wenceslas Square and the Charles Bridge and featuring various architectural styles including gothic and baroque. The Charles Bridge is famous and awe inspiring. The bridge crosses the Vltava River in Prague, Czech Republic. Its construction started in 1357 under the auspices of King Charles IV, and finished in the beginning of the 15th century. Prague Castle is a massive and impressive building. Steeped in history and rich in the stories it has to tell the Guinness Book of Records lists Prague Castle as the largest ancient castle in the world. The Bohemian Crown jewels are kept hidden within a room inside it. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Elegantly decorated some rooms have hand painted ceilings. It¿s a small family run hotel with a very homey and comforting feel and is close to all significant monuments.
