The hotel stands on a narrow, bustling street with a fair amount of traffic. ## Distance 12 kms to the nearest airport (václav havel airport prague) 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (andel) 2 km to the nearest station (prague-smichov) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 4 km to the nearest fair site (prague trade centre) ## Rooms The rooms are in good condition and vary in size due to the age of the building. Most are medium to large in size with high ceilings, modern, functional, white furniture, and basic white furnishings. Bathrooms are modern and bright with showers. ## Restaurant The hotel restaurant is open daily 6 to 12 pm and serves both Czech and international cousine. The breakfast room, situated on the ground floor, is bright and like the entrance to the hotel has been renovated in art nouveau style. ## Exterior The art nouveau traditional facade was restored in 1993 and the 5-storey building looks both elegant and well preserved. ## Lobby The lobby is small and beautifully restored in an elegant art nouveau style. There are plenty of seats and plants dotted about, as well as a separate cosy library with an open fire and comfortable armchairs.
