Cala Millor's sandy beach and centre with its abundance of shops and other entertainment options is 400 m away.||The building was built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2004. The building consists of 4 storeys and a total of 216 are apartments. The facilities include a large, peaceful garden and pool area, a stylish lobby with lifts and a reception that is open to guests around the clock.
