The hotel includes a lobby, a 24-hour reception with a hotel safe, a lift and a cloakroom. Consistently classified as one of the AA's Top 200 Hotels in Britain and Ireland and recently awarded a Scottish Boutique Hotel Special Commendation from the Scottish Hotel of the Year Awards 2007. The hotel offers a butler service to cover such day-to-day tasks as valeting, surfing the web, polishing your shoes, taking care of your dry-cleaning requirements, arranging dinner parties and organizing your social itinerary, or other special requests. All rooms have recently been renovated to the high standard expected of a five star town house hotel.
