The hotel is located on Via Gaeta,27 at 5 min walking distance from the main railway station Termini, which is also the main bus station in Rome and the place where the 2 metro lines meet. Thus, the hotel is very well connected with every part of Rome in a safe and quiet area.||The property offers a comfortable and friendly, young environment with efficient staff who are multilingual. We are a modest, quiet pension with 12 available rooms. Our size allows for friendlier, more personal service. Please take note that the hotel does not have a lift Other services are free city map, free luggage storage, free tour booking, everyday cleaning. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.||The rooms are equipped with safe , TV, private bathroom and central heating. On request, there is air conditioning (for an extra charge), and non-smoking rooms are also available.||A very simple breakfast is served every morning, but for an additional fee , it is available a continental breakfast.|Lunch/Dinner available with a supplement.||Once in the station Termini, look for the exit to Via Marsala, go left, then straight ahead, after the cross, the street changes its name into Via Volturno, continue straight ahead and turn right on the 1st block.
