This complex has 5 floors with a total of 20 apartments. There is a lobby, 2 lifts and a reception (open Monday through Saturday), safe, free parking, playground and there are cots available if desired. The apartments are situated in front of the Levante beach in Benidorm, the beach is a short 30 m. The center of Benidorm, where there are numerous tourist attractions, is just 1 km away. The apartments are equipped with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with single bed. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator.
