The nearest sandy shoreline is Poniente Beach, which is one of Benidorm¿s most beautiful coastal sections. This huge stretch of golden sands is one of the quietest in the resort, so it¿s the ideal place to enjoy some relaxed moments soaking up the sun. The sands are scattered with sun loungers and parasols, and the sea is perfect for swimming as it is free from rocks. Backing the beach is the area¿s new promenade, which is filled with shops, restaurants and bars. You can also find a host of water sports offered along the coast, such as jet skiing and scuba diving.
