The apartment complex lies in Puerto Rico in the south of Gran Canaria. The area has great weather all year round, with sunshine almost every day. A few metres from the complex is a shopping centre with over 100 shops. The beach is only 1 km away at Puerto Rico, while Playa del Ingles is about 10 km from the hotel. Renovated in 2006, the apartment complex guarantees its guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. It comprises 97 apartments and also features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift, and a mini supermarket.
