The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area about 700 m from the nearest beach and the centre of Puerto de Pollensa. A diverse selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket where guests will find all they will ever need whilst on holiday are located just 100 m from the complex. It is 60 km to the airport. The cosy apartment complex comprises 9 small blocks, which are located amidst sprawling gardens of about 3,500 m². The air-conditioned complex whose owners have always been on personal terms with their guest offers a total of 25 2-bedroom apartments and a communal, free-of charge laundry room with 2 washing machines. If required, guests are able to rent a car, reserve excursions or taxis or use the bike hire service. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a safe; guests may participate in the kids' club activities or let off steam in the playground.
