The hotel has spectacular views over Princes Street Gardens and across the gorge to Edinburgh Castle itself. ## Location This attractive city hotel offers guests superb views over the famous Princes Street Gardens and Edinburgh Castle, lying opposite renowned Waverly Bridge, about 5 minutes' walk from the nearest railway station and 10 minutes from the bus station. Links to the public transport network are situated less than 20 metres from the hotel and it is some 12 km to Edinburgh Airport. ## Rooms The pleasant rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer in addition to a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV with a pay TV option, a radio, tea and coffee making facilities, a double bed, central heating, and a trouser press. The hotel only offers non-smoking rooms to its guests. ## Meals Guests may select their breakfast from buffet selections. Lunch and dinner can both be chosen from the set menu.
