An apartment complex full to the brim with activity programmes, sports facilities and fun things to do, you'll never be bored at the Poiano.
The Poiano has one of the best positions in Garda - it's set in 60 hectares of Mediterranean gardens, with outstanding panoramic views of the lake. Garda town is 2km away, but there’s a regular free shuttle service for those who'd rather not walk.
The complex has pretty much everything you can think of, from an Olympic-size outdoor pool and separate kids’ pool, to a huge range of sports. If you’ve got little ones in tow, the Poiano runs a mini club throughout most of the season, and there’s also a babysitting service available.
The apartments themselves are colourful, cool and spacious. They each have a balcony or terrace so you can make the most of the wonderful outdoors, as well as a basic kitchenette. If you don’t fancy cooking, you can upgrade to bed and breakfast or half board, with meals taken at the Hotel Pioano.
On arrival at the hotel, a €200 deposit is payable in cash.
Please note that some lake views may be partially obscured by trees.
This complex consists of several buildings located in the hotel grounds. Rooms may be allocated in any of these buildings, therefore these apartments are not recommended for those with walking difficulties.
Also, the spa entrance fee is €12 per person for three hours, and includes a spa kit with a bathrobe, bath towel and slippers. The spa area is only available to adults over 18 years.
Just so you know, a tourist tax is payable locally in cash. This will be approximately €1.50 per person, per night.
