The Scandic Front Hotel is located near the waterfront and in the Nyhavn, Copenhagen¿s 17th century vibrant harbour district where guests can enjoy the canal-side bars and restaurants. The hotel overlooks the Opera house and is close to many of the cities attractions such as the Amelienborg Palace, Rosenborg Palace Gardens and Christiansborg Palace among others. The Kongens Nytorv metro station is in easy walking distance and the Stroget, Europe¿s longest pedestrian street is a ten minutes¿ walk away, providing, as well as the surrounding area, numerous boutique shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel occupies a modern white painted building and has 132 stylish and comfortable rooms equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, a minibar and air conditioning. The hotel¿s restaurant serves Danish and International dishes and oriental starters. A bar is also available. Guests can also make use of the free leisure facilities which include a gym, sauna, internet corner and children¿s play area. There is also a snack shop. For business guests the hotel offers three flexible and well-equipped meeting rooms. Maximum capacity is 60 people. Other facilities include a 24 hour front desk, an outside patio and room service.
