This hotel is very good value for money. It is located slightly outside but the city of Helsinki is really easily accessible. ## Location The hotel is located only 8 minutes drive from the city centre and overlooks an ice rink which is one of the most popular meeting places for Helsinki youth.The airport is just 20 minutes drive and the Linnanmaki amusement park is just around the corner. ## Distance 2 kms to city centre 14 kms to the nearest airport (helsinki airport) 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (sornainen) 1 km to the nearest station (helsinki) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 1 km to the nearest fair site (messukeskus) ## Rooms The rooms are kept in good condition and differ in size. SIngle rooms are around 8 square meters meanwhile a double or twin measure 18 square meters. They are comfortable and has got all the amenities you'd expect from a 3 star. Bathrooms are also in good condition,but relatively small. ## Restaurant There is a small restaurant which offers a 'menu of the day' and specialties. Large parties are accommodated on the ground floor where a room with an American bar is available. ## Exterior The hotel is purpose built, looking more like a residential building than a hotel and blends in well with its surroundings. ## Lobby The interior of the hotel is also modern with a small lobby well decorated and well maintained. The reception is connected to the restaurant and a flight of stairs which lead to a bar/ party area.
