This hotel is brand new and opening up 1st October 2014. The great modern interior goes very well with the nice traditional look of the hotel. Perfect location and a very nice charming boutique hotel, one of a kind. ## Location Hotel is located in 'old town' , along side main street leading up to the popular shopping street Laugavegur. ## Rooms The Standard rooms are approx 19 square meters in size (Standard Single approx 11 square meters) and they have all been done up to a very high standard with light coloured walls and wooden flooring throughout. Bed configuration is either two single beds or one kingsize bed. All Standard rooms come with bathrobes and slippers and the bathrooms are really nice and all guests get free toiletries. ## Restaurant Breakfast and Dinner are available at this property. ## Exterior Hotel is housed in an old traditional building with loads of character. ## Lobby This hotel has got a small lobby.
