Good accomodation for those wishing to stay in Venice on a low budget holiday. CQ 01/08 ## Location The hotel is located in the historic city centre of Venice in a quiet street in the Cannaregio district. It is only a short way from Santa Lucia Railway Station in Venice Island and from Piazzale Roma (parking and bus terminals). The area is quite lively with many shops, cafe'/bars and restaurants. A short walk away, along the so called Strada Nova, there is also a beautiful and colourful local food market. ## Distance 15 kms to the nearest airport (marco polo international airport) ## Rooms The furnishing of the rooms is simple and clean, some rooms only have air conditioning and all have got en suite bathrooms. ## Restaurant No restaurant. Breakfast is served in a comfortable Breakfast-room on the ground floor. ## Exterior Plain high rised building, red in colour. ## Lobby Small but welcoming with wooden desk and plants.
