The Martinez Apartments Are Part Of A Small, Lively Complex That Boasts A Great Laid-Back Atmosphere Which Brings Clients Coming Back Year After Year. The Martinez Was Renovated In 2009 And Has A Swimming Pool With Jacuzzi, Sun Terraces, 24-Hour Bar Serving Breakfasts And Snacks, Lounge With Satellite Tv, Pool Tables, Games Room, Public Telephone, Internet And Video Games. The Reception Staff Are All British And Offer A Range Of Services Including Safety-Deposit-Box Rental. Guests Can Also Use The Facilities Of The Nearby Hotel Gabarda, Which Has A Swimming Pool And 24 Hour Bar Aswell. ## Additional Information The Martinez Apartments are not suitable for families with small children. Some services are on request. ## Directions Palmanova is approximately 20 kms from the airport. Clients can opt for a taxi, which would take approximately 20-30 minutes. Clients using their own transport from the airport should take the motorway in direction of Palma, and then take the ring road Via Cintura in direction of Andraitx. Once on the Via Cintura, take the Palmanova / Calvia exit and turn left at the main Palmanova roundabout (with the white obelisk). The Gabarda Hotel is located on the right hand-side just before the next roundabout (which has a large nº 6 in the middle). Reception is located at the Hotel Gabarda and the Martinez Apartments are just around the corner. For public transport, clients would have to take the airport bus to the centre of Palma (Plaza España) and then change for bus nºs 104, 105 or 106 to Palmanova. ## Location Information The Martinez Apartments are located in Palmanova, approximately 10 kms from the beautiful historic city of Palma. From the apartments, it is just a five minute walk to the main Palmanova beaches. Bus-stops for Palma and surrounding areas are located at approximately 120 metres. The Martinez is surrounded by bars, shops, supermarkets etc. Magalluf, with all it's famous night-clubs, discos and explosive night life, is less than half an hour walk (5 minutes by car/taxi). The island's most famous water park, dinner-shows and dolphinarium are located nearby. ## Rooms Information The Martinez has a total of 13 one-bedroomed apartments. The apartments are bright and spacious and all have two, large terraces. They are simply decorated to give a bright and fresh appearance. All apartments have a seperate bedroom with twin beds, a lounge with twin sofa/beds, a fully-equipped kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle and toaster, air-conditioning/heating, and a full bathroom with shower.
