The Lagas Aegean Village is a popular Greek hotel resort situated on a golden sandy beach on the south coast of Kos island. The hotel is just a ten minute walk from the attractive fishing village of Kardamena where you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach in front of the Lagas Aegean Village has a good selection of water sports such as water skiing, paragliding, canoeing, wind surfing, jet skiing, pedaloes and banana boats (all with a small fee) or if that seems a little to energetic then there are loungers and parasols so you can relax in comfort and soak up the Greek sunshine. Built on a slope in a terraced style, guests will appreciate the superb sea views available throughout the Lagas Aegean Village. The main building sits at the base of the slope whilst the 330 comfortable guestrooms spread out up the hillside. Attractive walkways lead to the rooms however in the heat of the day you may prefer to jump on the 24 hour mini bus service which is available solely to run guests to their rooms. The main building is home to the reception area as well as the fitness centre, sauna, restaurant, main bar and satellite TV lounge. The hotel has five tennis courts (floodlit), a playground for children, a mini golf area and three swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. There is also a shopping arcade onsite with its own mini market where you can stock up on essentials for your room as well as pick up souvenirs for home. During the day you can either relax poolside or on the beach, or join in with the extensive activity programme on offer which includes aerobics, darts, aqua-gym, volleyball, five-a-side football, table tennis and water polo.
