This hotel is one of the newest in Reykjavik located right by the old square and close to the goverment building and harbour. It really is the prime location. Hotel went through renovation back in 2013 and have updated the public areas to a very high standard. It comes highly recommended. ## Location This hotel is located right in the centre of town. Reykjavik's excellent shops and stylish restaurants are right on the doorstep. ## Distance 4 kms to the nearest airport (reykjavík metropolitan area) 6 km to the nearest beach ## Rooms The large rooms are modern and fresh-looking, with up-to-date furniture, polished wood floors and high quality soft furnishings. They are all in exceptional condition and around 15 square metres in size. ## Restaurant There is a small breakfast area in the basement, but no restaurant on-site. ## Exterior The hotel has a modern white facade. ## Lobby The lobby is ultra-modern, with huge windows ensuring a light and airy feel.
