Gemini Studios Are located in Viale Fratelli Rosselli 55, one's main Florence street's, conveniently to reach by car, by walking distance from main train station of Santa Maria Novella, by taxi or by bus, our Studios are the best deal and solution for independent stay, ideal choice for business or leisure traveller. We offered 13 different sized Studios, 3 Two rooms Apartments and 2 luxurious Suites with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and all modern comforts; all located one block away from our sister hotel Hotel Alamanni, inside of small modern building are located at the main floor or at the first floor without lift, our Studios can accommodate from 1 up to 6 persons and we rent ONLY for holidays or short business break. Check-in and check-out MUST be done it at the reception of the Hotel Alamanni (via luigi alamanni 35 (black)) 2nd floor, check-in is possible every day 0/24h. At the time of check-in is requested a valid passport and credit card to secure any incidental occours during your stay, after check-in is not allowed refund for early departure. If you need car parking, please advise together with your studio's booking and we will do our best to keep free space in the garage below of the hotel, for this service is request extra fee from 20,00 up to 30,00 EUR per night (depending of period of the year and car size), availability is granteed ONLY if you post your car parking request with your booking.The establishment features various services and facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including internet access and wireless internet access. Guests arriving in their own vehicles can park in the car park. Check-in must be done in the office located at Viale Fratelli Rosselli 55 from 3 pm to 8 pm and arrival time must be communicated in advance. There is a 25 Euro extra charge for Check-in after 8 pm and must be confirmed by the property at least 48 hours before arrival. Luggage deposit is not available. Check-out must be done by 10 am, or a late check-out fee will apply.
