San Marco Square is only 15 minutes away on foot or about 5 minutes by boat. Within a couple of minutes walk there is the Frari Church and the St. Rocco Great School. The Grassi Palace is also very close, only a boat stop away. The nearest boat stop, just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel, is named San Toma'and it is serviced by boat lines 1 and 82, which run along the Grand Canal through a spectacular sightseeing journey of 10-15 minutes from Piazzale Roma or the Santa Lucia train station. They are very well equipped with all the modern comforts and the latest technology.
