The Loixmar Apartments are in the Rincon de Loix area of central Benidorm, only a few minutes from the Levante beach and the resort centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. *Please Note: Guests arriving outside of the hotel's office hours should come to Folies Vacances, located at Loimar Local 7, Avada. Atmells del Mar No. 20, Rincon de Loix, Benidorm. Here guests will find a note on where to collect their keys from.* *Guests arriving outside normal hotel reception hours (Monday ¿ Friday 9:30 ¿ 19:00 and Saturday 9:30 ¿ 17:30) must pay their breakage deposit fee of ¿100 per one-bedroom and ¿150 per two-bedroom on a debit or credit card once the reception is re-opened. As soon as the apartment has been checked upon guests check-out the deposit will be refunded.*
