Location This gated resort is set just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee and is conveniently positioned within 15-20 minutes’ drive of Interstate 4 and Walt Disney World. Facilities & amenities The excellent resort clubhouse is well-facilitated and features a zero-entry pool, cyber café, video arcade, fitness room, volleyball court, basketball court, bocce balls, children’s playground (tot lot), a fishing dock and walking trails. Dining All of our Bella Vida Homes have a fully-fitted and modern kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is an attractive option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Villa info Each home is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own private screened swimming pool, offering the ideal base for your holiday. Inside there is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a television/DVD player for the family to enjoy a quiet night in. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, laundry facilities and basic starter laundry and toiletry pack make guests feel at home. A villa telephone is also available, the best way to keep in touch with friends and family back home is by using a prepaid phone card from the villa. **Welcome Pack comprises milk, coffee, tea, sugar, cereal, orange juice, bread, butter and jam** Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed, with additional bathroom(s). Villa occupancies are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Homes: Maximum of 8 people - 5 Bedroom Homes: Maximum of 10 people - 6 Bedroom Homes: Maximum of 12 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or rollaway bed that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or rollaway bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Things you should know...Gas pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking at an additional charge. We recommend this during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
