Location Located just 25 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort in Haines City and situated just off Highway 27, this gated community is an ideal base to get to all the attractions Florida has to offer, as well as several championship golf courses. In fact, the resort is set just minutes away from the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Club. The community’s shimmering natural lake provides exceptional fishing and a great outdoor space from which to soak up and enjoy its natural surroundings. Facilities & amenities Each home is air conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own private screened pool. Inside, the main lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV/DVD player on which to enjoy a family film in the relaxed evenings. There is also an additional TV in the master bedroom. All towels and linens are provided for guests’ convenience. Dining Our villas here are ideal for self-catering, the kitchen amenities include a conventional oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge/freezer, as well as all crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Guests can dine al fresco on the pool deck or in the dining area and nearby shops include a 24-hour Wal-Mart. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Room info Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Occupancy rates are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Homes: Maximum of 8 guests - 5 Bedroom Homes: Maximum of 10 guests Things you should know Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Gas pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking at an additional charge. We recommend this during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
