After a day of theme park entertainment, guests can come back to the comfort of their own home and relax by the pool - the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the local attractions. Calabay Parc is just minutes away from championship golf courses, Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld® Orlando, shopping and restaurants. An hour's drive to the east (Gold Coast) or to the west (Gulf Coast) will take you to some of Florida’s best beach destinations. All Calabay Parc Homes come fully-furnished to a good standard. The star attraction is the private screened swimming pool and outdoor lounging furniture. Inside, each spacious main living room is equipped with a TV and DVD player, and this also applies to the master bedroom. There is also a telephone. All towels and bed linen are also supplied. These homes come with a fully-fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen amenities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker and toaster. All crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils are also well stocked and a vacuum cleaner is included to keep your home-from-home tidy. Our villas make self-catering simple and fun, and the dining room is the ideal setting for a family or group meal. Each property contains one master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms can sleep an extra two people in twin beds, double beds, bunks beds, and the use of extra bathroom(s). Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 bedroom properties: maximum of 8 guests -5 bedroom properties: maximum of 10 guests Things you should know...Gas pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking at an additional charge. We recommend this during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
