Key Features - 3 Bedroom Town Homes - Comfortable Accommodations - Attached Outdoor Patio - Located 20-35 Minutes from Walt Disney World *Please note that not all Disney Area Town Homes are situated in the Kissimmee area* Our Disney Area Town homes are fully equipped everything needed for an Orlando holiday, offering guests a great base to return to after spending the day exploring its famed parks and attractions. Our Town Homes may be situated in residential locations ranging from Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport and Haines City, and are all within 20-35 minutes’ drive of Walt Disney World. Furnished to a good standard, each Town Home is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities make guests feel at home. The lounge will feature a TV with DVD player, plus there will be a telephone (check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply, prepaid phone cards are a better option). Town Homes do not usually have safes. All our Disney Area Town Homes have a fully-fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery,cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible, and dining out in Orlando is an easy option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish Town Homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Each Town Home features a master bedroom with en suite, and king or queen bed. Additional bedrooms (sleeping up to two people) may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds. Occupancy levels are as follows: -3 Bedroom Town Home: Maximum 6 People Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process
