The resort places guests in a very desirable location situated just a few minutes’ drive off Highway 192, less than 10 miles away from Walt Disney World Resort. The resort features an abundance of facilities and activities, which include a clubhouse with two heated communal swimming pools, fitness room and sauna, video arcade room and cyber café. There is also a tiki bar by the pool, kids’ playground and varying sports courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball – lots to keep everyone occupied on days away from the parks! All of the tastefully-furnished Homes come equipped with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a vacuum cleaner. However, if guests want a break from cooking then they can make reservations at the welcoming clubhouse or travel further afield and check out some of the excellent restaurants in the Kissimmee area. Outdoors by the pool deck there will be additional patio furniture for al fresco dining. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Each villa contains an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). There is a spacious lounge area that includes a television/DVD player to enjoy some quality family time.
