Conveniently, it’s set in a great location in the Clermont area with a Wal-Mart and restaurant close by. Glenbrook is conveniently located on the US 27 just north of the US 192 and only 20-25 minutes' drive from Walt Disney World® Resort. Its convenient position provides guests with quick entry onto Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida that gives access to all the theme parks and beautiful Florida coastlines on the Gulf and the Atlantic sides. Glenbrook Homes are furnished to a good standard. Each Home is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own screened pool and patio deck. The communal swimming pool is complete with its own sparkling waterfall and provides a great place to relax and socialise with other residents. If running around the parks and attractions all day isn't enough, fitness fanatics will enjoy the jogging trails around the complex and the on-site tennis courts. All homes in Glenbrook are well equipped for self-catering holidays. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner. There is also a dining room that is perfect for social meal times as well as outdoor patio furniture for casual al fresco eating. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Each Glenbrook Home has an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). There is a television/DVD player in the spacious lounge area and master bedroom. All towels and linens are provided, as well as a house telephone. Occupancy levels are as follows: 4 Bedroom Homes: Maximum 08 people 5 Bedroom Homes: Maximum 10 people Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process
