Each home features pretty, red-tiled rooves, which gives them a unique Mediterranean style that stands out amid typical Floridian homes. High Grove is conveniently located just north from the US192 on the US 27, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. A great position to access Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida for access to all the theme parks and coastal resorts. The resort lies two minutes away from the US92 where a variety of restaurants and shops can be found. Nearby is the Wal-Mart Super Centre, a real favourite for bargain shoppers. Each Tuscan-inspired home is well-appointed and features barrel tile roofs and attractive paved pool areas. They are all air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with their own screened pool and patio furniture for casual outdoor eating and lounging in the sun. This cosy neighbourhood benefits from a wealth of activities for adults and children alike. The little ones can play in the arcade room or their very own kids' play area and adults can refresh and keep fit in the work-out room or unwind in the spa. There is also a central clubhouse with community swimming pool, computer room and sports lounge - a great family area where people of all ages can watch the large-screen TV and use the books, board games, pool and foosball tables and a dart board. Free tea and coffee is also available in the clubhouse. The Homes include a fully-equipped kitchen that comprises a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. A separate dining room is great for communal dining, and nearby supermarkets provide everything required for a self-catering holiday. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Every villa has an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). In the spacious living room there is a television/DVD player to watch a family film, plus all towels and bed linens are supplied. Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
