Legacy Park is conveniently located just south from the US 192 on the US 27, approximately 20-25 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. The community enjoys a great location near Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida to access all the theme parks and coastal resorts on both the Gulf and the Atlantic sides. A range of supermarkets are nearby for self-catering convenience. Both Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate golf courses are just a short drive away. These Legacy Park Homes are designed and finished to a good standard. Each is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own screened pool, living, kitchen and dining areas. The living room and main bedroom feature a TV and DVD, plus there’s a telephone in every home. All towels and bed linens are provided. The community has a tennis court and children’s playground for additional fun on days away from the parks. Each Home has a fully-equipped kitchen that comprises a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Each villa contains one en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking we recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
