Set in a convenient location just off US Highway 27 and close to a wealth of amenities, which includes shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the new leisure and retail complex of Posner Park, you'll be within easy reach of everything you need to make your Orlando self-catering holiday perfect. All of our Marbella villas have excellent facilities including a private screened pool with outdoor furniture. Inside, the lounge area has a TV with DVD player to enjoy quality family time. A house telephone is available to use, although there will be tariff charges. In addition to this all towels and linens are supplied for your convenience. The dining facilities in our villas promote self-catering holidays. The fully-equipped kitchen comprises a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils & vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher. Each villa contains an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). The occupancy levels are as follows: -4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
