Our selection of Sandy Ridge Homes is ideal for families and groups seeking seclusion while still remaining within close proximity to Orlando's famed attractions. Sandy Ridge is conveniently situated off junction 58 of the lnterstate 4 in the Davenport area, just 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World. Also nearby is the ChampionsGate development, which contains small retail outlets, banking facilities and a petrol station. Our villas here are ideal for self-catering; kitchen amenities include a conventional oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge/freezer, as well as all crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. There’s a spacious living room with TV and DVD player, plus dining area for enjoying meals together. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Occupancy rates are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Homes: Maximum of 8 guests - 5 Bedroom Homes: Maximum of 10 guests Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
