Each features air conditioning and is well-equipped with its own screened pool – perfect for families and groups. Solana Resort is ideally suited for all of the Central Florida attractions in the Davenport area of Orlando, only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort and close to all the other theme parks, plus it's about an hour away from the fabulous beaches of the Gulf Coast. It’s situated just off Highway 27 between the 192 and Interstate 4 and close to some the world's best golf courses. Solana is also close to Publix Supermarket Plaza where there are also a couple of restaurants and bars. Solana Resort is an exclusive and purpose-built gated community that features a large clubhouse with all the facilities that you would expect from a vacation resort, including an Internet cafe, snack bar and sundry shop. Spending long days in the parks and attractions can get tiring, so guests can make the most of the resort's swimming pool and spa or golf putting green for a bit of gentle relaxation. For those wanting to keep active, there is an on-site fitness room, sand volleyball court and a recreation field. There is also a children's play area for when they get fed up of hanging around with the parents! Homes in Solana Resort feature fully-equipped kitchens, comprising a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. There is also a separate dining room that is ideal for family or group meals. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Each villa contains an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). In the living room you will find a television and DVD player, and all bed linens and towels are provided. Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
