Southern Dunes is located in the Haines City area on US 27, on one of the more prestigious golf courses in Central Florida. Walt Disney World® Resort is located just a 30-35-minute drive away. There are many activities and facilities to enjoy at Southern Dunes, including its renowned golf course, clubhouse and bar, communal swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and a supermarket, which is conveniently open 24 hours a day. Our Homes here have their very own private screened swimming pool and outdoor furniture to take advantage of. Inside the lounge area has a TV and DVD player – perfect for quiet family time on days away from the parks. All our Southern Dunes properties feature a fully-equipped kitchen, which comprises a conventional oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. There is separate dining room and there is always a supermarket open nearby for essential food items. Each villa contains a master bedroom with king- or queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people, which may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a second bathroom. All towels and bed linens are also supplied. Occupancy levels are as follows: -4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people -5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
