State-of-the-art clubhouse, communal resort-style pool with spa and tiki bar, lazy river with water slide and separate kids' splash pad, 9-hole mini golf course, fitness centre, sand volleyball and sports courts, community dock and children’s playground. Each tastefully-furnished Town Homes come with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster,iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a vacuum cleaner. Outdoors by the pool deck there will be additional patio furniture for al fresco dining. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Each town home contains an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). There is a spacious lounge area that includes a TV/DVD player to enjoy some quality family time.
