Each villa provides spacious accommodation for a perfect, relaxed Florida holiday, yet remains within easy reach of the area’s best parks and attractions. Located in an ideal Kissimmee location close to the resort’s abundance of bars, shops and restaurants, Trafalgar Village is 30 minutes from the magical world of Disney and around 45 minutes from the world-class Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando. Each Home features a private screened pool and outdoor pool deck, fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a vacuum cleaner. Guests will also find a TV and DVD player in both the main living area and main bedroom, as well as a telephone. This is a gated community (at night only), and guests can advantage of its fully-fitted gymnasium and cinema room when taking time out from the parks. As well as all this, there is a large communal swimming pool and spa in which to cool off and relax, alongside sports facilities and a children’s play area for the little ones. Plenty of local shops and amenities are only a short drive away, too. Each Home has a dining area from which to enjoy meals together, plus outdoor patio furniture is available for al fresco casual dining. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. All rooms are furnished to a high standard with an en suite bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). All towels and bed linens are provided. Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people When driving to Trafalgar Village from our Welcome Centre, follow the instructions we give you as most satellite navigation systems do not pick up the quickest route. Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
