Veranda Palms is set just 8 miles and less than 15 minutes’ drive from Walt Disney World Resort gates. The Highway 192 is just a short drive away and Interstate 4 is 10 minutes away by car, which offers easy access to all the area’s main attractions. Top-rated golf courses are close by and the resort is just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The community itself features its own basketball court so guests can let off some steam when not splashing around in the pool. All of our Veranda Palms Homes are well-appointed and have a fully-fitted, modern kitchen as well as spacious living and dining areas for family time together. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local shops and supermarkets are easily accessible for self-catering convenience. For guests' convenience, each Home is equipped with clean towels, bed linens and a basic starter pack for toiletries and laundry. Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed, with additional bathroom. Villa occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
