The resort sits just off the US 192 so benefits from easy access to the theme parks, offering quick access via Toll Road 429 and Westside Blvd, as well as a great selection of dining and shopping venues. And for Disney enthusiasts the location is ideal as it’s just 15 minutes’ drive away! These great homes are furnished to a high standard – offering an upgraded furniture package – and are well-equipped and spacious with their own private screened pools. The outdoor patio with furniture is the ideal spot for spending lazy days soaking up the Floridian sunshine, and provides a great place to dine outside al fresco-style. Inside, the lounge and master bedroom feature a TV with cable channels and a DVD player to watch family films. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities make guests feel at home. A villa telephone is also available. This stunning new resort community has all the popular resort amenities of Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms, plus much more. Guests can enjoy the brilliant 10,000sq.ft. clubhouse, which is the resort’s focal point that features a huge resort-style pool complete with water slide. The on-site fitness centre provides the latest equipment and the volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts offer an additional avenue for keeping active. A sundry shop is located in the clubhouse, as well as a video arcade. The resort’s on-site Tiki Bar serves drinks and a tempting menu for poolside dining. Also, each home has a fully-fitted and modern kitchen. Facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is a popular option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Occupancy levels are as follows: - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people - 7 Bedroom Home: Maximum 14 people - 8 Bedroom Home: Maximum 16 people - 9 Bedroom Home: Maximum 18 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be prepaid at the time of booking. Pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking - we recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit card at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
