Windsor Palms is in an excellent location just two-and-a-half miles from Walt Disney World Resort, plus it’s only one mile away from the shops and restaurants of the Formosa Gardens area off the US 192. Windsor Palms Resort boasts an outstanding array of amenities. Guests can take advantage of the huge clubhouse, which is the social hub of the resort, plus its swimming pool, sun deck and hot tub - the ideal place for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. The resort hosts an assortment of exciting leisure activities for all ages including a children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness centre, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a 58-seat movie theatre, video arcade, Nintendo Wii suite, table tennis and pool and billiard tables. Our Homes in Windsor Palms are great for self-catering holidays. The fully-equipped kitchen comprises a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer,fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Also the clubhouse serves tasty Domino's pizza and Starbucks Coffee. There is a spacious lounge with TV as well as a dining area for sit-down meals. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Each villa contains a private screened pool, outdoor deck and patio furniture. There is an en suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people -5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
