This consists of no major construction, so no major structural changes, no major drilling, or demolition. The hotel is simply replacing the wall coverings, painting, and replacing all furniture, fixtures, lighting, window coverings and carpeting! Mandatory hotel-imposed fees are currently $6.00 per night, per room payable by guest directly to the hotel The hotel will be renovating the Tower 1 rooms.
